2) SCOPE
These Terms apply to purchases of products and services via l3dn.dk / l3dn.com unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you purchase as a business customer, see section 16.
3) ORDERING & CONTRACT FORMATION
3.1 When you place an order and receive an order confirmation, a binding agreement is normally formed.
3.2 We may reject/cancel an order in case of obvious errors (e.g., pricing mistakes, stock errors, technical issues). If we cancel, any payment received will be refunded.
4) PRODUCTS, 3D PRINTING & PRODUCT INFORMATION
4.1 We sell both standard products and, in some cases, products produced/processed on demand.
4.2 3D printing is a manufacturing process with natural variations (e.g., layer lines, small surface marks, tolerances, and slight color differences). Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality are normally not considered a defect.
4.3 Colors may appear differently depending on your screen.
4.4 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our 3D printed products are not intended for safety-critical applications, medical use, food contact, or use as toys for small children. Contact us before purchase if you have special requirements.
5) PRICES, VAT & PAYMENT
5.1 Prices are shown in the currency of the selected shop/region (e.g., DKK or EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Shipping costs, fees and any surcharges are displayed at checkout before you pay.
5.3 Available payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard and MobilePay (subject to change).
6) DELIVERY
6.1 We deliver to:

Delivery times are estimates/guidelines and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by peak periods,
weather, public holidays, remote areas, and customs processing for non-EU shipments.
6.2 Estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and/or at checkout. For made-to-order/custom work, delivery may be longer.
6.3 Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address/pick-up point chosen.
6.4 Please inspect the package upon receipt. Visible transport damage should be reported as soon as possible to the carrier and to us.
7) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMERS)
7.1 If you are a consumer (EU/EEA), you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
7.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a person indicated by you) receive the goods.
7.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email) before the deadline.

7.4 You may use the model withdrawal form in section 18, but it is not mandatory.
8) EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (IMPORTANT FOR CUSTOM 3D PRINTS)
8.1 The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, which cannot reasonably be resold to another customer.
8.2 Note: If a product is only based on standardized choices (e.g., a standard color/standard size), the right of withdrawal may still apply.
8.3 If you order made-to-order 3D prints based on your own files/drawings/specific requirements, the order will typically be considered custom-made and therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal unless we agree otherwise in writing.
9) RETURNS AFTER WITHDRAWAL
9.1 After you notify us of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you informed us.
9.2 Return address:

9.3 You generally bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise in writing.
9.4 Condition of returned goods: You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (as you would in a physical store).
9.5 Pack the goods securely. You are responsible for the parcel until we receive it.
10) REFUNDS AFTER WITHDRAWAL
10.1 We will reimburse all payments received from you (including standard delivery, but not optional upgrades such as express shipping) no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
10.2 We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
10.3 Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed.
11) COMPLAINTS / DEFECTS (CONSUMERS)
11.1 If you are a consumer, you have a 2-year right to complain about defects under the Danish Sale of Goods rules, provided the defect was present at delivery or is otherwise our responsibility.
11.2 You must notify us within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. Complaints made within 2 months are normally considered timely.
11.3 If your complaint is justified, we will cover reasonable shipping costs and may offer repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund depending on the situation.

12) MADE-TO-ORDER / 3D PRINT ON DEMAND (FILES, APPROVAL, QUOTES)
12.1 For made-to-order work, the following applies unless agreed otherwise:
a) You are responsible for ensuring your files/specifications are correct and fit for purpose.
b) We may require written approval (dimensions, material, price, delivery time) before production.
c) Once production has started on a custom-made order, it generally cannot be cancelled (see section 8).
12.2 We reserve the right to refuse requests that are unlawful, unsafe, or infringe third-party rights.
13) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (CUSTOMER FILES)
13.1 If you provide 3D files, you warrant that you have the necessary rights to have them produced and that production does not infringe third-party rights (e.g., copyright, design rights, trademarks).
13.2 You grant us a limited right to use the files solely to produce and deliver your order.
13.3 We will not share your files with third parties unless necessary to fulfill the order (e.g., subcontractors) or required by law.
14) LIABILITY
14.1 We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
14.2 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
15) PERSONAL DATA
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy on the website.

16) BUSINESS CUSTOMERS (B2B)
16.1 If you purchase as a business customer, the consumer withdrawal rights in sections 7–10 do not apply unless we agree otherwise in writing.
16.2 Different rules on complaints and liability may apply in business-to-business sales.
17) COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION (CONSUMERS)
17.1 Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
17.2 If we cannot agree, you may (as a consumer) submit a complaint via the Danish public consumer complaints system (the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints and, if relevant, the Danish Consumer Board of Appeal). Complaints are submitted through the Complaint Portal (Klageportalen) run by Nævnenes Hus.
